It's Simple.
If you have a Florida Real Estate License, you can become a Referral Agent with The W.J.T. Group Inc, an affiliate of Kevin Flynn Realty Inc, and financially benefit by sharing in the earning of Florida real estate commissions. You will not be required to commit a large amount of your time and energy.
As a Referral Agent, your sole responsibility is to provide referral leads from your clients to The W.J.T. Group Inc. We will place the lead with a qualified full-time agent who will then service your referral.
Should your referral lead to a closed transaction, you receive a real estate commission for your referral.
We are offering 33%, Yes 33% of the Total Commission earned on either the Buying or Selling side!
Refer a buyer & you get 33% of the buying commission at closing.
Refer a seller & you get 33% of the Listing Commission at closing
You may have seen Companies offering 75% referral commissions however follow this common example to see what % you really receive of the TOTAL COMMISSION!
COMMON EXAMPLE: $100,000 purchase price x 3% real estate commission = $3,000 commission to XYZ
Realty Inc. The $3,000 commission represents one side of the transaction. Of the $3,000 applicable portion, XYZ Referral Group, Inc., would receive $750.00 (25% of the $3,000 commission). XYZ Referral Group, Inc., would then pay the Referral Licensee $562.50 or 75% of the $750 earned commission.
As a referral agent OF The W.J.T Group, you agree you will no longer act as a sales agent in a production capacity. The W.J.T Group functions only as a Real Estate referral network and you do not have to pay any Real Estate board dues, Multiple Listing Service dues, Office fees or any other miscellaneous expenses that are part of being a full-time real estate agent. There are also no Annual or Admin fees.
All we ask is that you maintain your license requirements plus pay the annual subscription to keep your license in good standing with the Florida Real Estate Commission.
Affiliation with The W.J.T. Group, keeps your license active so you can be paid referral fees. If you subsequently decide to go into real estate sales full time, all you need to do is notify the DBPR for which there is no charge.

WJT Group, Inc., would then pay the Referral Licensee $1,000.00 or 33.33% of the Total Commission earned.
